b. 26 Sep 1918; d. 4 Dec 2003.  Teddy Lee Loudermilk was born to Pleasant and Hattie (Cohernour) Loudermilk in Livingston County, IL.  He received his education in Chatsworth, IL, and at the age of sixteen moved to Terril, IA.

On 2 Aug 1941, Teddy married Evelyn Schwartz; they had 4 children.

On 3 Feb 1941, Teddy enlisted in the U.S. Army and served in the 106th Infantry Division during WWII.  He was a POW during the Battle of the Bulge for 6 months. In Aug 1945, he was honorably discharged and returned to Terril to farm.

In 1953, Teddy and Evelyn moved to Lakefield, MN where he worked for a creamery and also farmed.  In Sep 1967, they moved to the Windom, MN area where Teddy worked for the City of Windom as a steam engineer.

Member of the American Legion, the Minnesota Prairie Land Chapter of Ex-Prisoners of War, Inc., and a Golden Life Member of the 106th Infantry Division Association.

Buried at Oak Hill Cemetery, Estherville, IA.
