b. 08 May 1933; d. 20 Jun 2005.  Kenneth Davis Boyce, son of Norman and Nellie (David) Boyce, was born in Minneapolis, MN.  In 1945, the family moved to Windom, MN, where Ken started sixth grade.  He later graduated from Windom High School in 1952 and went on to earn a degree in Pharmacy from South Dakota State University in Brookings.

Ken married Carolyn Nawroth on 3 Aug 1957, then served in the U.S. Army as an Officer, achieving the rank of Captain.  He was a Ranger and Paratrooper and spent a year in Korea.

Ken owned Postal Pharmacy in Oakridge, OR, for 35 years, serving as President of the State Pharmacy Association and receiving the Oregon Pharmacist of the Year and other awards.

Ken Boyce died in Oakridge, OR, in 2005.
